We’ve Started Moving to Realm!

We’ve begun switching over to a new membership program called Realm. While it’s mainly designed to help our staff with things like record keeping and finances, it also has some great features that the boards and missions teams will use in the future. We are working to transfer data  from PowerChurch and QuickBooks. 

Beginning now, we are asking every individual to fill out a contact information sheet. We want to make sure that the data we input into Realm is accurate right from the start. Please take the time to fill out a contact sheet for each member of your family. Children included. These forms can also be found in Guild Hall at church.

Starting next year, you’ll be able to decide how much you want to use Realm. You’ll have access to your own profile and will have the ability to update your own information or view your giving statements. It’s all cloud-based, which means you can access it from your computer or phone anytime. It is not mandatory that you log into Realm. The office will still provide you with information you request. If you like having access to your information online, it’s there for you. If technology is a little scary and you’d prefer to call the office, we’re here for you, too.

In addition, Realm will allow us to create our new Membership Directory, as soon as the membership information is put in, and an up-to-date version will be available all the time!
